萎缩性舌炎病因的研究进展

摘要

萎缩性舌炎是口腔黏膜最常见的疾病之一，是由多种因素引起的舌背黏膜的萎缩性改变，可伴有口干及烧灼感等非特异性症状。由于该病的病因复杂，临床难以进行特异性的治疗而多采用对因、对症治疗。本文将从系统性疾病、维生素缺乏、微生物感染和药物不良反应等方面对萎缩性舌炎病因的相关研究进展进行综述，以期为临床提供新的参考。%Atrophic glossitis is one of the most common oral mucosal diseases. It is the atrophic change of tongue dorsum caused by a variety of factors. Atrophic glossitis may be accompanied by non-specific symptoms, such as xerostomia and burning sensation. The etiology of atrophic glossitis is complicated. Therefore, clinical treatment is usually not specific but is taken against the causes and symptoms. This article reviewed the most recent etiology about systematic diseases, vitamin deficiency, microbial infection, and adverse drug reactions for atrophic glossitis to provide new reference for clinical work.
