Using various mathematical statistical methods and technology this paper researchesthe methods and steps of building a statistical model of wearing,ules and,eliability models byresearching on the wear measure theta of products. This method has been venged the availabilitythrough actual example modeling, and provides a new method for products’ reliability modeling.
