新生儿脑血流动力学监测

摘要

Serious and/or continuous cerebral hemodynamics disorder is the main cause of neonatal brain injury.Monitoring its changes by using simple,accurate and effective techniques has guiding significances in maintaining the stability of neonatal cerebral hemodynamics.This paper aims to introduce several cerebral hemodynamic monitoring techniques,including color Doppler ultrasound,near infrared spectroscopy,noninvasive magnetic resonance imaging,and provide references to the clinical application in neonatal field.%各种因素导致的严重和(或)持久的脑血流动力学紊乱是新生儿脑损伤的根本原因,简便、准确、有效的监测技术在临床上的应用对维持患病新生儿脑血流动力学的稳定具有重要指导意义.该文对在新生儿临床上常用的脑血流动力学监测技术,如多普勒超声、近红外光谱及非侵入性磁共振成像等予以介绍,以指导临床应用.
