腹部低剂量CT技术临床应用现状与研究趋势

         

摘要

在保证CT影像质量满足临床诊断要求的同时,如何最大程度降低辐射剂量成为研究的热点。选择合适的扫描范围、减少扫描期相、调节基本参数是目前临床常用的降低CT辐射剂量的有效方式,而基于被检者体型和体质量指数的个体化、多参数调节与迭代算法的联合应用更是成为腹部CT低剂量技术领域的一个崭新研究方向。就CT低剂量扫描技术在腹部的临床应用现状与研究趋势进行综述。%How to minimize the radiation dose on the premise of ensuring the image quality for clinical diagnosis has become a hot research topic for radiologists and clinicians. Currently, selecting the appropriate scanning range, reducing unnecessary scanning phases and adjusting basic parameters are effective ways commonly used in clinic to reduce the radiation dose of CT. While the combination of iterative algorithm and the personalized and multi-parameter regulation based on body shape and body mass index has become a novel direction of research in the field of abdominal low dose CT technology. In this article we reviewed briefly the clinical application and development trend of low dose CT techniques in the abdominal scan.
