I want to thank you so much for all the things you have done that the Teaching Course had become such a great success. I could guess that the meeting would be perfect, when after the first evening I had read your copy of the IJO, a journal which really represents perfection and sense for beauty. Of course, you can publish my paper, the first speech of the meeting, in your IJO, but, I think we should think about whether it should be translated into Chinese, that everybody in China will be able to read it without problems. Over the weekend I had put the paper together, and I will have to re-edit it again, it will have double-spaced typed 38 pages plus 12 tables and 25 figures. The title I changed to: Changing concepts in surgical lechnigues for repair of a primary retinal detachment: A review. I think that would be great for the Chinese vitreoretinal surgeons.
