摘要

We earnestly ask the Human Rights Council to pay attention to the issue of the right to life and health of people and the systemic racism in the face of the pandemic in America.First,in response to the Covid-19 outbreak,the U.S.government needs to do better in protecting the rights to life and health of people in America.
