建筑机电设备的监控主要由数据采集、显示、数据输出等部分构成，运行数据的监控设备多为专用设备，通用性和便携性普遍比较差。现场数据传送需有工业控制计算机，有一定的制约性，价格昂贵。针对以上问题，论文研究的建筑机电设备运行数据监控系统可以运行在具有蓝牙功能的Android移动终端上。在远程链接、数据通信、移动监控等方面，发挥蓝牙的无线通信功能优势，使得传统建筑机电设备运行数据监控领域所普遍采用的数据采集器大部分功能得以低成本实现。由此，用移动智能终端设备便可取代工业控制计算机，实现建筑机电设备远程数据传送及运行数据查询等功能，降低产品成本。%The monitoring of mechanical and electrical equipment is mainly composed of data acquisition, display, data output and so on.
