目的 探究静默疗法在老年白内障手术患者中的应用效果.方法2016年4月—2017年4月医院收治的老年白内障手术患者46例为对照组,2017年5月—2018年5月收治的老年白内障手术患者46例为观察组.对照组采用常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上增加静默疗法干预.采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估2组焦虑情况,对比生理指标变化和手术时间和手术配合度.结果 进入手术室后5min,2组焦虑状况均加重,但观察组VAS评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).进入手术后5min,2组收缩压及心率波动幅度增大,但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).对照组手术时间为(30.64±5.74)min,观察组手术时间为(29.04±5.62)min,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).观察组患者手术配合度高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 静默疗法能够改善老年白内障手术患者术前焦虑症状,提高手术配合度.%Objective To investigate the effect of meditation therapy in elderly patients undergoing cataract. Methods According to the sequence of hospital admission, 46 elderly patients with cataract were given conventional nursing during the perioperative period of cataract, another 46 elderly patients were given extra meditation therapy during the perioperative period of cataract. The anxiety status of patients was evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). The changes of vital signs (systolic pressure, heart rate), length of operation and degree of operation coordination were compared between two groups. Results The VAS score of patients was increased at 5 minutes after entering the operating room, and with a less increase in the observation group than that in the control group (P ＜ 0. 05). There was no significant difference in changes of vital signs(systolic pressure, heart rate) between two groups after entering the operating room (P ＞ 0. 05). The length of operation was (29. 04 ± 5. 62) min in the observation group and(30. 64 ± 5. 74) min in the control group, with a significant difference(P ＞ 0. 05). Patients in the observation group had a higher degree of operation coordination compared with those in the control group (P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion The meditation therapy is effective to relieve the preoperative anxiety status and improve the operation coordination of elderly patients undergoing cataract.
