高炉煤气喷水降温控制系统

     

摘要

An automatic control system based on PLC was designed according to big flow, high temperature and maximum cooling temperature 55℃ of the blast furnace gas. To realize closed-loop control of temperature, the system collected inlet and outlet gas temperature using temperature sensors. According to the change in temperature, PLC automatically changed the working water jet capacity by regulating frequency converter output frequency automatically. Considering the big noise and long distance from monitoring room,a remote control system was designed to help operators in DCS control room monitor and operate the water cooling e-quipment. The system enhances the automation of water cooling system,and it has great practical and spreading value.%针对高炉煤气流量大,温度高,要求降温至小于55°的低温的情况,设计了基于PLC的自动控制系统.系统通过温度传感器采集进出口的烟气温度,用以实现温度的闭环控制.根据温度的变化,PLC自动调节变频器的输出频率,达到自动改变喷水量的目的.同时针对现场噪音大,距离监控室远的实际情况设计了远程控制系统,使操作人员在DCS控制室内就能监视、操作喷水降温设备.该系统增强了喷水降温系统的自动化程度,具有很强的实用价值和推广价值.
