高精度温度巡检仪

             

摘要

The nonlinear of temperature sensor and AD converter, circuit changes in the work environment, can bring serious error in temperature measurement. A method of temperature measurement was introduced, the self-correcting and nonlinear-correcting for thermal resistance were realized using standard resistance, and the nonlinear-correcting for thermocouple was realized using standard signal source. The influencing factors in measurement were eliminated and weakened with software and hardware. The high accuracy measurement of temperature was realized in this system.%温度传感器的非线性、AD转换器的非线性和电路工作环境的变化,都会给温度带来的严重的误差.文中介绍了一种温度巡检仪的设计方法,利用标准电阻校正法实现了对热电阻的自校正,利用标准信号源实现了对热电偶的非线性标定,通过软硬件结合方式,消除或减弱了测温过程中多个方面的影响因素,实现了对温度的高精度测量.
