基于ADE7880的电能消耗与质量监测终端设计

         

摘要

针对传统采用电表等进行电能采集和质量监测存在的问题,设计一种嵌入式工业级电能测量和质量监测终端。该终端采用计量芯片ADE7880进行电能计量和供电质量参数采集,并通过低功耗微处理器MSP430F149处理,提供灵活的接口进行传输,同时实现本地存储。详细给出了终端硬件和软件设计,并对终端进行实际测试,结果表明该终端能有效实现对电能消耗和质量的监测,可广泛应用于工业电能消耗监测、分析和管理系统。%An embedded industrial energy consumption and quality monitoring module was designed in this paper to solve the problems existing in traditional measurement systems using power meters .The module collects parameters of electrical energy based on ADE7880 and processes the sampled data by the microcontroller MSP 430F149 as well as provides flexible interfaces to transmit and store the data .The module hardware and software were presented in detail , and the practical tests were performed .The results show that the module can accurately monitor the electrical energy consumption and quality so as to be used in the electrical energy consumption monitoring and analysis and management systems .
