Aiming at the problems of overmuch data,poor real-time performance and transportability in device condition moni-toring and fault diagnosis system,a kind of fault sound source localization system was designed. Based on the microphone quaterni-on matrix model,the sound source was orientated by generalized cross correlation ( GCC) algorithm. The software platform of the system was constructed with LabVIEW and a modular human-computer interaction interface was provided. The test results show that the system is effective in positioning the equipment fault noise,the precision error is less than 5 cm,meanwhile verifing its reliabili-ty and real-time performance.%针对传统设备状态监测与故障诊断系统中数据量大、实时性与可移植性差等问题,设计了一种故障声源定位系统。基于麦克风四元阵模型,通过广义互相关算法( GCC)完成时延估计从而对声源进行定位。采用LabVIEW搭建了系统的软件平台,提供了模块化的人机交互界面。经测试,在杂波环境下,该系统能对设备运行的故障声响进行有效定位,位置精度误差小于5 cm,同时具有良好的实时性与可靠性。
