浅析定向耦合器在中功率计校准中的应用

摘要

The paper introduces principle of directional coupler, describes the calibration method of mid-power meter with directional coupler. Detailed description and some experimental process are also presented. This thesis ifnds out the inlfuence elements of mid-power accuracy. It also introduces methods for reducing errors and matters needing attention in measurement.%文章简要介绍了定向耦合器的基本原理，阐述了利用定向耦合器进行中功率计校准的方法。分析了定向耦合器法的测量不确定度来源，指出了中功率条件下影响功率测量准确度的主要因素，并介绍了减小测量误差的方法和测试时的注意事项。
