磷肥企业氟硅产物综合利用及清洁生产研究

         

摘要

In order to realize the comprehensive utilization for the silicon fluoride compounds by-produced in the fluorine absorption system of WPA(wet process phosphoric acid)concentration unit of phosphate fertilizer enterprises,and to resolve the fluorine absorption system's silica gel blocking problem at the same time,silicon fluoride compounds were processed into the basic chemical raw material anhydrous hydrogen fluoride.The low concentration ammonium fluoride solution obtained from the washing of silica in the production process,was returned to fluorine absorption system of phosphate fertilizer production for the supplement of absorption liquid of fluorinated tail gas,acid hydrolysis residue went back to the extraction system of phosphate fertilizer production for equivalent use,and silica was applied for rubber filler after activation.Results showed this technology realized the comprehensive utilization of silicon-fluorine resources and cleaner production of phosphate fertilizer enterprises.%为了实现磷肥企业磷酸浓缩装置氟吸收系统中副产氟硅化合物的综合利用,同时解决氟吸收系统被硅胶堵塞问题,将氟硅化合物加工为氟化工的基础原料无水氟化氢,生产过程中洗涤二氧化硅得到的低浓度氟化铵溶液返回磷肥生产的氟吸收系统补充含氟尾气吸收液,酸解残液返回磷肥生产的萃取系统等值利用,二氧化硅活化后用于橡塑填料.结果表明,该厂工艺实现了磷肥企业氟硅资源综合利用和磷肥企业清洁生产.
