MP-AES测定镍钴锰酸锂中金属离子含量的应用

             

摘要

采用微波等离子体原子发射光谱仪(MP-AES)测定镍钴锰酸锂中金属离子(镍、钴、锰、锂、钠、铁、铜)含量.实验结果表明,选择合适的样品前处理方式和最佳的仪器操作条件,方法的检出限可达到0.002~0.021 mg/kg、加标回收率达到95%~105%,满足了方法的要求.MP-AES与原子吸收光谱仪相比,具有更好的稳定性,同时能多元素同时测定,大大提高了工作效率;与电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)相比,降低了成本.因此,MP-AES是一种更加科学、准确、高效的检测仪器.%The determination of the contents of metal ions (nickel,cobalt,manganese,lithium,sodium,iron,and copper) in nickel cobalt lithium manganate by microwave plasma spectrometer(MP-AES) was studied.The experimental results showed that when selecting the appropriate sample pretreatment way and optimum instrument operation conditions,the detection limit of this method could reach 0.002~0.021 mg/kg,and the recovery rate was at 95%~ 105%,which met the requirements of the method.Compared with the atomic absorption spectrometer,MP-AES had better stability.At the same time multi elements could be determined simultaneously which greatly improved the work efficiency.Compared with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES),it had a lower cost.Therefore,it is a more scientific,more accurate and more efficient testing instrument.
