档案管理在大数据背景下面临的挑战及对策分析

随着时代的进步，云计算，物联网已经给IT产业带来了巨大变化，大数据的到来更是会产生颠覆性的大变革，大到国家治理方式，小到企业管理模式、业务、组织流程，乃至个人的生活都将被大数据深深地影响着。这就意味着大数据已经来临，那么作为举足轻重的档案管理也将深受大数据的影响，发生着与时俱进的变化。就目前来说档案管理中还面临这一系列的挑战，本文主要针对档案管理在大数据背景下面临的挑战及其对策进行分析。%With the progress of this age,cloud computing and Internet of things have brought great chang⁃es to the IT industry. The disruptive changes will also be produced along with the arrival of the big data. It has great influence not only on the national governance,enterprise management,business and organization,but al⁃so on the personal life. This means that the important file management will also be affected by the big data and advance with the time. So far there are still a series of challenges in the file management. In this paper,these challenges and their countermeasures of file management will be analyzed in the context of big data.
