图书馆服务联盟在县区图书馆建设中的职能和作用--以郑州地区图书馆服务联盟为例

图书馆服务联盟是新形势下实现县（市）区图书馆优势互补与资源共享、运行高效便捷的现代公共图书馆服务体系建设、是区域间全面推进城市信息化的重要举措。图书馆服务联盟充分发挥其职能和作用，对促进县（市）区图书馆基础业务建设和人才培养，提高本地区公共图书馆的管理水平和服务水平，将发挥积极的推动作用。%Library service allianceis an important measureunder the new situation to realize the complemen⁃tary advantages and resource sharing of county (city) district library, the construction and operationof efficient and convenient modern public library service system, and regional comprehensive promotion of urban informati⁃zation. Library service alliance gives full play to the its functions and roles,and plays a positive role in promo⁃tingthe construction of basic business and personnel training in county (city) district library, and increasing the management and service level of public library in local area.
