循环水泵出口蝶阀液压控制系统故障分析与处理

摘要

For the common problems of LJ040224 hydraulic control system in circulating water pump outlet valves on No.7 and No.8 units in Datong Second Power Plant, such as aging equipment, pipe welding adverse, circuit component failure, respectively carried on the reason analysis and gave the solutions. LJ040224 hydraulic systems of circulating water pump were improved further by adding the accumulator, replacement of oil pumps and other measures, improved the security of the units and equipments.%针对大同第二发电厂7、8号机组辅机循环水泵出口蝶阀LJ040224液压控制系统存在的设备老化、管道焊接不良、电路元器件故障等常见问题，分别进行了原因分析，并给出了相应的解决办法。对循环水泵 LJ040224液压系统进行了进一步的技术改进，通过增设蓄能器、更换工作油泵等措施，提高了机组、设备的安全可靠性。
