大规模双馈型风电机组接入电力系统对电网阻尼特性的影响

     

摘要

风资源丰富地区往往会建设多个风电场,且风电场所在地区远离经济中心,用电负荷较小,大量风电需外送,外送风电对电力系统尤其是风电所在区域与主网间弱阻尼的影响会比较突出.本文以东北地区某典型风电外送区域双馈型风电机组为例,通过PSD-BPA平台搭建系统,采用特征值分析法研究了不同的风电穿透率及并网方式对电网阻尼特性的影响,仿真结果表明:风电的接入改善了电网的阻尼特性,风电的低电压等级并网较高电压等级并网会获取更好的阻尼特性.%Considering areas full of abundant wind resources tend to build more wind farms, besides, areas full of wind power are far away from the economic center, which means the power load is small and a large amount of wind power need to be delivered to the outside area. It leads to a great influence on the weak damping between the area full of wind power and the main grid. This paper taking a typical area full of wind power in northeast China as an example, building the system through the PSD-BPA platform, using the method of eigenvalue analysis to study the influence of the doubly-fed wind power on grid damping characteristics in different wind power penetration rate and different ways of grid interconnection. Simulation results show that the grid-connection of DIFG can improve the damping characteristics, and integration of wind power through a low voltage grade can obtain a better damping characteristics.
