电厂侧AVC系统在区域电网无功调节中的常见问题分析

         

摘要

在AVC系统自动调节运行过程中,机组参与调压过程中无功功率出力存在明显不足,使系统电压无法达到规定的运行限值,特别是在负荷低谷时段,系统电压居高不下.针对该问题,对内蒙古电网多家发电厂机组AVC系统进行调查分析.调查结果认为:AVC装置定值设置不当、发电机组制造工艺问题和系统网架结构不合理等因素导致机组无功功率出力不足,建议设置合理的AVC系统运行定值,使机组更大程度地参与系统调压.%During the automatic adjustment of AVC system, the reactive power output of certain power units involved in regulating processis was clearly insufficient, thus the system voltage couldn't reach the given operation limits, and it stayed quite high under load valley. Thus took investigate AVC systems of several power plants in Inner Mongolia to get the main causes for the insufficiency of reactive power output, which was the incorrect setting value, the unit's owned defects, the unreasonable system network structure. And put forward suggestion to set the reasonable setting value to make the units participate the regulating for a greater degree.
