变电站主变压器跳闸故障原因判断方法分析

             

摘要

内蒙古巴彦淖尔地区某110 kV变电站主变压器由于恶劣的气象条件导致跳闸故障,造成主变压器三侧断路器跳开,差动保护和本体重瓦斯保护动作.事故发生后,采用油色谱分析、绕组变形及直流电阻测试、电容量变化率分析等多种方法判断主变压器的受损部位、受损程度,经验证发现试验结论均一致.本文采用的几种方法可为今后其他变电站准确判断变压器受损部位及受损程度提供参考.%A 110 kV substation main transformer in Bayannur region of Inner Mongolia fault tripping due to bad weather conditions, cause the circuit breaker tripping on the three side of the transformer, differential protection and the weight of the gas protection action. To the accident, use oil chromatographic analysis, the winding deformation and dc resistance test, capacity rate analysis methods such as judge the damage, the damaged degree of the main transformer, to verify the fault and found that the test results are consistent. Several ways used in this paper provide a reference for other substations to accurately diagnose transformer faults in future.
