锅炉高温受热面管氧化皮检测分析

         

摘要

对内蒙古京能康巴什热电有限公司350 MW超临界机组锅炉高温受热面管进行氧化皮检测,结果显示,有4根末级再热器管内氧化皮质量在20 g以上,堆积厚度最大达到10 mm。分析认为,氧化皮产生的原因为末级再热器运行时各屏间的热偏差较大,而锅炉内壁壁温升、降速度较大,导致氧化皮剥落。针对以上问题,提出严格控制锅炉高温受热面运行温度、加强高温受热面的热偏差监视及调整、减少锅炉启停次数等防控措施,以防止氧化皮剥落引起管道堵塞,为同类型锅炉氧化皮问题处理提供借鉴。%The result of a test to oxide skin in high-temperature tube of 350 MW supercritical boiler showed that the weight of oxide skin filled in 4 FHRs topped 20 g, and the thickness was up to 10 mm. Analysis was regarded that the phenomenon was caused by a large thermal deviation between the screens of the FHR in the runtime. And the oxide skin kept peeling resulted from the rate of the overquick speed of inner furnace wall temperature changes. To the problems above, propose to prevent the blockage of the pipeline caused by oxide skin peeling and over temperature, by means of controlling the boiler operating temperature strictly, strengthening the monitoring and adjustment to the thermal deviation of high-temperature surface, reducing the boiler start-stop time, which can provide reference to the similar solvement.
