汽轮机组轴封排汽疏水管道改造

摘要

The exhaust steam of the gland heater was emitted directly into atmosphere by the fans on the circulating fluidized bed units in Inner Mongolia Huaning Thermal Power Co., Ltd., and the vents was above the high voltage transformer. In winter, the waste steam condensed, and the condensation water was emitted directly to the area of transformers, resulting in the large ice areas. After the reconstruction tests, through adding the internal drain pipe in the exhaust steam pipeline, finally solved the problems and recoveried the working fluid.%内蒙古华宁热电有限公司2台150 MW循环流化床机组由于轴封加热器乏汽直接排至大气，且排汽口位于高压厂用变压器上方，冬季运行过程中乏汽在排汽口凝结并直接排至厂用变压器区域，造成厂用变压器区域大面积结冰。经过改造试验，通过在排汽管道加装内部疏水管道，彻底解决了疏水管道冬季堵塞及厂用变压器区域结冰问题，并且回收了凝结水工质。
