220 kV输电线路保护装置误动原因分析及措施

         

摘要

针对1起220 kV输电线路保护装置误动实例,分析了保护装置动作原理,并根据故障时线路两侧的录波波形,找出了导致保护装置误动以及误选相的原因。由于保护装置存在设计缺陷,使用不具有参考价值的零序电压分量同其他分量进行相位比较,导致保护装置判断错误。根据电网实际情况、误动原因以及电网仿真计算结果,提出了防止装置误动的对策及建议。%This paper analyzes the action principle of the protection device, and find out the cause of the protection device maloperation and the unwanted phase selecting according to the recorded waveform in the fault on the both side of the line protection. Due to the defects of the protection device, use the zero sequence voltage components with no reference value in a wrong way to compare with the other components, which causes the misjudging of the protection device. According to the actual situation of the power network, the cause of the malfunction and the results of the simulation and calculation of the power network, the countermeasures against maloperation are discussed.
