M95系列EEPROM在地震前兆数据采集器中的应用

Combined with research and development work of precursor data collector, this paper analyzes the characteristics of M95 EEPROM using M95256 provided by STMicroelectronics Inc. in detail. This chip achieved satisfactory result as interface circuit design and general control program development of real- time data memorial instrument.%结合地震前兆数据采集器实际研发工作,采用了意法半导体公司的M95256,详细分析了M95系列EEPROM的器件特性,介绍了该芯片在地震前兆数据采集器中作为实时数据存储设备的相关接口电路设计和控制程序开发,取得较好的结果.
