通过电火工品电磁脉冲效应感应电流测量的典型实例,介绍了测量不确定度分析的一般方法,具体分析了感应电流测量过程中的不确定度来源及各不确定度分量的分析评定方法,最后给出了感应电流测量结果及其扩展不确定度,为以后电火工品电磁脉冲效应感应电流测量的数据分析提供参考.%Based on a specific example, this paper mainly introduced the uncertainty analysis of induced current measurement on the effects of electric-explosive device(EED) exposed to electromagnetic pulse(EMP). According to the analysis of the source, from which the uncertainty on measurement error produced, and the corresponding evaluation method, a whole analysis process and result of the uncertainty evaluation on measurement of induced current were given. The study provided reference for further data analysis of EED excited by EMP.
