火工品用智能低电阻测量仪的设计

     

摘要

At present, the low resistance measuring meter used for normal measurement of initiating explosive device adopts unidirectional DC, which is easily affected by disturbance voltage. In order to overcome the affection, the intellect low resistance measuring meter was designed, which uses MCU as the core and bidirectional DC as testing current. The resistance by the action of positive and reverse state was tested, and then the average resistance was obtained. The measuring result meets the accuacy demand, so as to eliminate the affection from unidirectional DC.%一般用于火工品电阻测量的低电阻测量仪采用单向直流测试电流,容易受到定向干扰电势的影响.为排除定向干扰电势对火工品低电阻测量结果的影响,设计了智能低电阻测量仪.采用单片机做控制核心,使用双向直流测试电流分别测量被测电阻在正、反两个测试电流下的阻值,再做平均化处理,研究表明测试结果满足精度要求.
