红外成像目标模拟器现场原位校准技术初探

         

摘要

Infrared imaging target simulator was widely used in the infrared imaging system comprehensive evaluation of performance parameters in the simulation experiment. Through the analysis of various technical indicators in target simulator, the key value of simulated target image evaluation method is found and the target simulator for infrared imaging calibration scheme is determined. In order to improve the radiation measuring accuracy of the value, photoelectric comparison technology and subband data gathering techniques are used, and the Refrigeration aperture in the calibration device is set to reduce the stray radiation effects on test results. The device is based on the working principle of the spectroradiometer using array detector, and use the data acquisition and image processing software to get satisfactory calibration results.%红外成像目标模拟器广泛应用于红外成像系统综合性能参数的考核评价和仿真试验中。通过分析目标模拟器各项技术指标,找出模拟目标图像关键量值的评价方法,确定红外成像目标模拟器的校准方案。为提高辐射量值的测量精度,采用光电比对技术和分波段采集数据技术,并在校准装置中设置冷屏光阑以减少杂散辐射对测试结果的影响。该校准装置是在光谱辐射计工作原理基础上采用阵列探测器,并通过数据采集和图像处理软件得到满意的校准结果。
