基于红外热像仪的温压弹爆炸温度场测试

             

摘要

The complex field environment has greatly affected the measurement accuracy of the explosion temperature field by the infrared thermal imager. In this paper, the factors affecting the precision of temperature measurement are analyzed from the theoretical point of view, and the relevant improving measures are put forward. In the thermobaric bomb explosion test field, the infrared thermal imager is calibrated by field standard black body. The explosion processes of the temperature and pressure bomb are collected accurately and the relevant data are extracted. The experimental data is processed via MATLAB, and then the temperature field distribution of the explosion fireball surface is obtained: the maximum temperature of the explosion fireball surface is 2881℃;the temperature field duration is 1300ms at 1000℃ and above; the maximum distribution range of the temperature filed is12.61m at 1000℃ and above. Moreover, the CCD high speed camera is set up to carry out the visible light band. The results show that the test data have high accuracy and reliability.%复杂的野外环境大大影响了红外热像仪对爆炸温度场的测量精度.从理论角度分析了影响测温精度的因素,提出相关的改进措施.温压弹爆炸测试现场使用野外标准黑体对红外热像仪进行实地定标,准确采集到温压弹的爆炸过程,并提取到相关数据.利用MATLAB软件平台对实验所得数据进行处理,进而得到爆炸火球表面的温度场分布信息:爆炸火球的最高温度2881℃;1000℃及其以上温度场持续时间为1300 ms;1000℃及其以上温度场最大散布范围为12.61 m.测试现场同时设置了CCD高速相机进行可见光波段的测试,测试结果表明,测试数据具有很高的精确性和可靠性.
