两头尖水提取物抗炎、镇痛及抗迟发型超敏反应的研究

摘要

To investigate the anti - inflammatory and analgesic effects of the aqueous extract of Anemone raddeanae and the influence of it against delayed type hypersensitivity. Methods: Ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene, the hot - board method in mice was used to examine the anti - inflammatory and analyesic effects of the aqueous extract of Anemone raddeanae. Delayed type hypersensitivity induced by 2,4 - nitryl-chlorobenzene in mice was used to study the antiallergic effect. Results; The aqueous extract of Anemone raddeanae significantly suppressed xyleneinduced ear edema, prolonged the pain threshold compared with coutrol group (P<0.05). The immune test revealed that the aqueous extract had a significanty inhibitive effect on DTH response in mice induced by 2,4 -dinitrochlorobenzene. The ear swelling, and exponent of the thymus and spleen of medication administration teams were all less than those of the control group. Conclusion: The a-queous extract of Anemone raddeanae has obvious anti -inflammatory ,analgesic and antiallergic effects.%目的:研究两头尖水提取物的抗炎、镇痛及抗迟发型超敏反应的作用.方法:采用二甲苯引起小鼠耳肿胀、热板法疼痛模型观察两头尖水提取物的抗炎镇痛作用；采用2、4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)诱发小鼠迟发型超敏反应来观察两头尖水提取物抗迟发型超敏反应的作用.结果:两头尖水提取物明显抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀；与给药前比较,痛阈值明显延长(P＜0.05)；两头尖水提物对2、4-二硝基氯苯诱导小鼠DTH反应有较强的抑制作用,给药组耳肿胀、胸腺指数、脾指数均低于空白组(P＜0.05).结论:两头尖水提取物具有明显的抗炎、镇痛和抗迟发型超敏反应的作用.
