洋金花甾体类化学成分研究

         

摘要

目的:研究洋金花中甾体类化学成分。方法:采用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶等柱色谱方法进行分离和纯化,利用质谱和核磁测试技术进行化合物的结构鉴定。结果:从洋金花70%乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了5个甾体类化合物,分别为过氧化麦角甾醇(1),Alkesterol B(2),Lucium substance B(3),β-谷甾醇(4)和豆甾醇(5)。结论:化合物1为首次从茄科中分离得到。%Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of sterides from Dautra Mete l L..Methods: A variety of column chromatographies such as macroporous resins and silica gel were used in the isolation and purification, and MS along with NMR was adopted to determine the structures.Results:Five compounds were isolated and purified from the 70%ethanol extract of Datura Metel L., Ergosterol peroxide (1), Alkesterol B (2), Lucium substance B (3), β-Sitosterol (4), Stigmasterol (5).Conclusion: Compound 1 is isolated and reported from Solanaceae for the first time.
