从“肺脑相关”论治慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并认知障碍

In recent years , studies have shown that chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ) patients may have mild cognitive impairment , especially the longer disease duration ,with its cognitive function declined more obviously .This paper is from two aspects of Chinese and western medicine to explore mechanism of COPD with cognitive impairment .Dig deeply into the essence of Chinese medicine in order to exert the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and to develop ideas for its diagnosis and treatment for guidance .%近年来研究表明,慢性阻塞性肺疾病( Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease ,COPD)患者可能出现轻度认知障碍,尤其是病程越长的患者,其认知功能的减退越明显,分别从中西医两方面探讨COPD合并认知障碍的机制,并深入挖掘中医学精华,以期发挥中医药优势,为其诊疗开拓思路、提供指导。
