根据敏捷供应链中知识服务主体及其网络拓扑结构的不同，提出了集中式、分布式和第三方3种不同的知识服务网络模式，构建这3种模式的网络图模型，在分析每种模式优缺点的基础上提出一种优化的混合型知识服务网络模式。经过比较分析认为，混合知识服务网络具有较低的关系复杂度和最小的即时最大响应度，能更好地满足敏捷知识服务的需要，从而为敏捷供应链企业构建合理的知识服务网络模式提供参考。%According to the difference of knowledge service agents and network topologies in the agile supply chain, this paper proposes 3 different knowledge service network modes, namely, the intensive mode, the distributive mode and the third party mode, and constructs the network diagram model of the 3 modes. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each mode, the paper puts forward an optimized mixed knowledge service network mode. After comparison and analysis, it＇s believed that the mixed knowledge service network has a relatively lower complexity of user relationships and a minimum instant maximum re- sponsiveness of the service center, which can better meet the needs of agile knowledge services so as to provide references for the enterprises in the agile supply chain in the construction of reasonable knowledge service network modes.
