《手足口病诊疗指南(2018版)》解读——手足口病的一般治疗与病因治疗

2018年5月,国家卫生健康委员会官方发布了《手足口病诊疗指南(2018版)》.该指南关于手足口病的病因治疗(抗病毒治疗)部分指出,IFN-α喷雾或雾化、利巴韦林静脉滴注早期使用可有一定疗效.本文主要解读手足口病的抗病毒治疗,对IFN-α、利巴韦林以及新的抗EV-A71药物作进一步阐述,同时对手足口病一般治疗予以解读.关于重症手足口病的治疗,该指南叙述已经很详细,本文不再赘述.%In May 2018, National Health Commission offically issued a new Guideline for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hand Foot and Mouth Disease (2018 Version). As for etiological treatment of hand foot and mouth disease, this guideline indicates that IFN-α spray or atomization and early intravenous drip of ribavirin can be effective. In this paper, antiviral treatment of IFN-α, ribavirin and new anti-EV-A71 viral drugs are further elaborated, and general treatment of hand foot and mouth disease is interpreted. As for the treatment of severe hand foot and mouth disease, this guideline has described in detail and no repeated instructions will be given herein.
