PDCA循环在医院感染管理质量控制中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 评价PDCA循环在医院感染管理质量控制中的应用效果.方法 回顾性分析我院2013—2016年医院感染管理质量控制工作,对比分析PDCA循环采用前后医院感染发生率、多重耐药菌检出率、管理制度依从率和知晓率以及消毒、灭菌效果.结果 PDCA循环采用前后医院感染发生率分别为2.05%和1.67%,4年间多重耐药菌检出率分别为1.38%、1.30%、1.07%、0.90%,呈下降趋势.采用PDCA循环后医院感染管理制度依从率和知晓率较采用前显著提高,且空气、物体表面及医务人员手等的消毒效果也明显好于采用PDCA循环之前.结论 在医院感染管理质量控制中应用PDCA循环能够明显提高医护人员的制度依从率,提高消毒、灭菌质量合格率,降低医院感染的发生率和多重耐药菌的检出率.%Objective To observe the application effects of Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) circulation in the quality control of nosocomial infection management. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the nosocomial infection management of our hospital from 2013 to 2016. The nosocomial infection incidence, multi-drug resistant bacteria (MDROs) detection rate, the compliance and awareness rate of management system, as well as the disinfectant and sterilization effect before and after PDCA circulation were comparatively analyzed. Results Before and after PDCA circulation, the nosocomial infection incidence were 2.05% and 1.67%, respectively, and the MDROs detection rate showed a declined tendency (1.38%, 1.30%, 1.07%, 0.90%). The compliance and awareness rate of management system were significantly increased, and the disinfectant effect of the air, objective's surface and medical staff's hands were significantly improved after the PDCA circulation. Conclusions Using the PDCA circulation in the quality control of nosocomial infection management can significantly improve the compliance of medical staff, increase the disinfectant and sterilization effect and reduce the nosocomial infection incidence and MDROs detection rate.
