带有空气混浊度检测的矿井除尘水幕自控装置的设计

摘要

In allusion to the influence of too much grime and rock dust produced in mining production on mine safety production, the paper designed an automatic control device of mine dedusting water curtain with inspection of air turbidity. It introduced the main circuit design and the notice of installation and adjustment of the device in details. The automatic control device uses sensor and integrating operation amplifier to compose photoelectric detection circuit of air turbidity, which can offer a real time checking of content of grime and rock dust, so as to realize functions of automatic control and automatic alarming of dedusting water curtain.%针对矿井生产过程中产生的大量煤尘和岩尘对矿井安全生产的影响,文章设计了一种带有空气混浊度检测的矿井除尘水幕自控装置,详细介绍了该装置的主要电路设计和安装调试时应注意的问题.该自控装置采用传感器和集成运算放大器组成空气混浊度光电检测电路,对空气中煤尘或岩尘的含量进行实时检测,实现了对除尘水幕的自动控制与自动报警的功能.
