基于ZigBee的矿井压力智能采集装置设计

         

摘要

针对传统的矿井压力有线监测系统存在布线复杂、劳动强度高、监测点设置不够灵活等问题,设计了一种基于ZigBee无线传感器网络的矿井压力智能采集装置.该装置作为ZigBee无线传感器网络的节点分布于各个巷道和工作面上,各个节点采集的数据经ZigBee无线传感器网络汇聚至井下的各个基站,再通过有线网络传输至中央控制室.实际应用表明,该装置布置方便、精度高,满足掘进工作面动态延伸的变化要求.%In view of problems of complex routing, high labor intensity and inflexible setting of monitored points existed in traditional wired monitoring system of mine pressure, an intelligent collecting device of mine pressure based on ZigBee wireless sensor network was designed. The device is distributed in roadway and working face as node of ZigBee wireless sensor network, data collected by each node is aggregated to relate base station through ZigBee wireless sensor network and then is transmitted to central control room through wired network. The actual application shows that the device has characteristics of convenient setting, high precision and meets with requirement of dynamic extension of tunneling face.
