油性污泥三相分离试验研究

         

摘要

Using three-phase centrifuge to treat oily sludge, through the optimization of the parameters, the requirement of mud, oil and water three-phase separation was satisfied. The test showed that, under the condition that the input quantity was lower than 5 m3/h, the optimal operating parameters of three-phase centrifuge was:the frequency of main motor and vice motor were 33 and 30 Hz respectively, the flocculant flow was 0.7 m3/h, the oily sludge temperature was 55 ℃, the water content of the sludge after the separation decreased from 98% to lower than 70%, the goal of oily sludge reduction and harmless treatment was achieved, which provided essential condition for subsequent resource utilization, and could be used to guide industrial production.%采用三相离心机处理油性污泥,通过对油性污泥分离的参数进行优化,达到泥、 油、 水三相分离的要求,试验表明,在进料量小于5 m3/h的条件下,三相离心机的最优操作参数为:主电机频率33 Hz、 副电机频率30 Hz,絮凝剂流量0.7 m3/h,油泥温度55℃.分离后的污泥含水量从98%降至70%以下,实现了油性污泥的减量化、 无害化处理,并为后续的资源化利用提供了条件,可用于指导工业生产.
