The existing traditional CAST biological treatment process was reconstructed on the premise that no land or reaction tank newly increased and no main structure changed. A modified A2O-MBR combined pro-cess characterized by good effluent water quality and small land occupation was adopted, meanwhile, membrane grilling was used as the pretreatment process. Through the reconstruction, the effluent water quality met the re-quirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant. The application of modified A2O-MBR combined process could not only solve the contradiction of the reconstruction and land shortage,realize sewage reduction,but also improve the water resource utilization.%以现有传统CAST生物处理工艺为改造对象,在不新增土地、不新建反应池、不改变主体结构的前提下,采用了出水水质好、占地小的改良A2O-MBR组合工艺,同时使用膜格栅做预处理,改造后出水执行GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A排放标准,解决了提标改造与用地紧张的矛盾,并能实现污水减量化,提高水资源利用率.
