新型两性共聚物阻垢剂的合成及性能研究

             

摘要

A new kind of amphoteric copolymer scale inhibitor has been prepared by using diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC),2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS) and maleic anhydride (MA) as monomers, (NH4)2S2O8/NaHSO3 redox system as initiator,and water as solvent. The macromolecular copolymer is characterized and analyzed with IR and TG-DTA. The effect of polymerization process conditions on the scale inhibiting effectiveness of the copolymer is discussed,and its scaling and dispersing capacity are evaluated. The results show that the copolymer has an excellent scale inhibiting effect on CaCO3 and Ca3(PO4),and a high dispersing capacity of ferric oxide. The inhibiting effect on CaCO3 can reach 90% and on Ca3(PO4)2 can reach 95% ,when the mass concentration of the copolymer is 10 mg/L.%以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)及马来酸酐(MA)为单体,(NH4)2SO8/NaHSO3氧化还原体系为引发剂,水为溶剂,通过溶液聚合制备了一种新型两性共聚物阻垢剂.用红外光谱和热分析方法对共聚物进行了表征和分析.探讨了聚合工艺条件对共聚物阻垢效果的影响,评价了其阻垢分散性能.结果表明,该共聚物对碳酸钙、磷酸钙具有优异的阻垢效果,并且具有良好的分散氧化铁性能.当共聚物质量浓度为10mg /L时,其对碳酸钙的阻垢率达90%以上,对磷酸钙的阻垢率达95%以上.
