铝炭微电解处理刚果红废水的脱色动力学研究

         

摘要

Congo red wa stewater has been treated by aluminum-carbon microelectrolysis process. The results of ki-netics research indicate that the decolorization of Congo red by aluminum-carbon microelectrolysis complies with apparent second-order kinetics equation. The decolorization reaction speed increases with the increase of initial pH of solution,aluminum powder dosage,temperature,and rotating speed of shaking bed;and increases with the decrease of Al/C mass ratio firstly,and then decreases. When temperature is in the range of 15-35℃,the Cango red decolo-rization reaction activating energy is 17.75 kJ/mol. Aluminum-carbon microelectrolysis process has been used for treating the actual printing and dyeing wastewater in a textile ,printing and dyeing Co. The experiments show that when pH is in the range of 11-12,the wastewater COD removing rate is not lower than 50%. After the treatment,the effluent is basically colorless.%采用铝炭微电解法处理刚果红废水。动力学研究结果表明,铝炭微电解降解刚果红的脱色过程符合表观二级动力学方程。刚果红脱色反应速率随着溶液初始pH、铝粉投加量、温度、摇床转速的增大而提高,随着铝炭质量比的降低先提高后降低。在温度为15~35℃范围内刚果红脱色反应活化能为17.75 kJ/mol。采用铝炭微电解法处理某纺织印染公司实际印染废水,实验表明,在pH为11~12范围内,废水COD去除率不低于50%,反应后出水基本无颜色。
