吸附-微滤耦合工艺处理模拟含铯废水

     

摘要

以亚铁氰化铜(CuFC)为吸附剂并与微滤耦合处理模拟含铯废水.结果表明:对104.50μg/L的含铯废水,投加0.08 g/L的CuFC,周期吸附时间为20 min时,平均去污因数为1319,浓缩倍数为638.受H+竞争吸附的影响,出水的pH高于进水;微滤膜可完全截留反应器内的CuFC,出水浊度始终小于0.08 NTU;反应器内悬浮固体的实测值低于计算值,且随时间的延长二者的差值变大;通过物理清洗,膜比通量能恢复至初始值的85%以上.%Using copper ferrocyanide(CuFC) as adsorbent,the adsorption-microfiltration coupling process has been applied to the treatment of cesium containing wastewater. The experimental results show that the average decontami-nation factor is 1319 and the concentration factor 638,when the initial cesium mass concentration is 104.50μg/L, the dosage of CuFC is 0.08 g/L,and the cycle adsorption time 20 min. Influenced by competitive adsorption of H+, the pH of effluent is higher than that of the influent. The CuFC inside the reactor could be completely intercepted by the microfiltration membrane and the effluent turbidities are constantly less than 0.08 NTU. The measured values of suspended solid in the reactor are lower than that of the calculated values,and with the lengthening of time,the dif-ference value between the two of them become greater. Specific flux could be recovered to 85% or more of its initial value through physical cleaning.
