大学生创业现状与创业心理关系探究——以唐山地区为例

摘要

On the basis of the investigation into the present situation of college students’ entrepreneurship in Tangshan,the paper makes a conclusion that unsatisfying entrepreneurship is caused by the immature mentality without enough social systematic intervention.In order to help students to foster mature and reasonable entrepreneurial mentality,an innovative social intervention mechanism involving government,colleges,enterprises and families should be improved.%根据对唐山高校大学生创业现状的调研,得出缺乏完善社会机制干预的不成熟的创业心理是如今大学生创业现状不佳核心因素的结论,进而指出要帮助大学生建立成熟、理性的创业心理,必须创新、健全政府、高校、企业、家庭等因素共同参与的大学生创业心理社会干预新机制。
