豆石混凝土锚盘抗拔性能试验

         

摘要

Plate type anchor rod, as a new type of anchor rod, has advantages of easy manufacture and low construction technology requirements. Its anti-pulling behavior is significantly improved compared to traditional anchor rods, and thus has considerable engineering application value. Anchor plate, as an essential part of plate type anchor rod, its anti-pulling behavior is a key factor affecting ultimate bearing capacity of it. Designs of pisolite concretes with 6 different mix proportions are carried out in conjunction with using 6 different anchor rod forms, namely, smooth straight anchor rod, smooth single stinging anchor rod, smooth dual stinging anchor rod, screw anchor rod, screw single plate anchor rod, screw dual plate anchor rod, for investigation of anti-pulling behavior of anchor plate. The results show that, with the premise of appropriate slump of pisolite concrete, increase of concrete strength can significantly improve anti-pulling behavior of anchor plate; various anchor rod forms have obvious effects on force performance of anchor plate; rods with screw or sting can improve concrete strength more effectively, as to further enhance anti-pulling behavior of anchor plate.%盘式锚杆作为一种新型锚杆,其制作简单,对施工工艺要求较低,且抗拔性能较常规锚杆明显提高,工程应用价值十分明显,而锚盘作为盘式锚杆的重要组成部分,其抗拔性能是影响盘式锚杆极限承载力的关键因素。设计了六种不同配合比的豆石混凝土,采用光滑直杆、光滑单锚刺杆、光滑双锚刺杆、螺纹光杆、螺纹单盘杆、螺纹双盘杆六种不同杆体形式,进行了锚盘抗拔性能的试验研究,结果表明:不同杆体形式对锚盘受力性能影响十分显著,螺纹杆及带锚刺杆体形式能更有效发挥混凝土强度,提高锚盘抗拔性能;在保证豆石混凝土具有适宜坍落度的情况下,提高混凝土强度可显著增强锚盘抗拔性能。
