一拖三式 SF6绝缘电气设备中 SO2含量及纯度在线监测技术研究

摘要

针对现有的SF6电气绝缘设备分解产物在线监测装置成本高、效率低、性价比低等缺点，研发出一拖三式SF6绝缘电气设备SO2含量及纯度在线监测系统，即1台监测设备同时监测3台SF6绝缘设备。系统结构采用模块化设计，充分考虑了传感器的工作环境建设、避免3台设备混气的措施，提高了系统的可靠性。经试验验证，研制的一拖三式SF6绝缘设备满足现场应用要求。%In order to reduce the cost and increase efficiency of on-line SF6 decomposition monitoring equipments for elec-trical devices ,three-trans on-line monitoring technology of SO2 and SF6 in electrical device is developed ,namely ,one on-line monitoring equipment can monitor three electrical devices .Modular structural design is employed in the system ,in which sensor working and anti-mixing of gas in three electrical devices is fully considered and the reliability is improved . The test testifies that the researched insulated electrical equipment can meet the requirements of onsite application .
