钐、锆共掺杂纳米ZnO的制备及其降解染料废水研究

         

摘要

Zinc oxide nanoparticles co-doped with Samarium and Zirconium were prepared by the polyacrylamide gel method,and analytical methods,such as XRD,TEM,XPS and UV-Vis were utilized in this study for charac-terization of the prepared powder. The photocatalytic activity of the photocatalysts were studied,using methyl orange as target degradation. The preparation condition of Sm-Zr/ZnO was optimized by L9(34)orthogonal experiment. The results show that significance level of sequence of each factor on Sm-Zr/ZnO photocatalytic performance is as follows,Sm-Zr doping amount→calcining temperature→n(Sm):n(Zr)→pH value of reaction solution. The best preparation conditions for n eter ZnO are shown that,Sm-Zr doping amount is 4%,the calcination temperature is 750℃,n(Sm):n(Zr)2:1and pH value of reaction solution is 5.5. The Sm-ZnO has the most excellent pho-tocatalytic performance under the best preparation conditions and the decolorization rate and COD removal rate of methyl orange can reach 94.82% and 80.89% respectively in one hour.%采用高分子网络凝胶法制备Sm-Zr共掺杂纳米ZnO光催化剂,并用XRD、TEM、XPS、UV-Vis吸收光谱对制备的纳米ZnO进行表征.以甲基橙为目标降解物研究其光催化活性,通过L9(34)正交试验对纳米ZnO的制备条件进行了优化,实验结果表明,各因素对Sm-Zr/ZnO的光催化性能的影响的显著性水平依次为:Sm-Zr掺杂量→煅烧温度→n(Sm):n(Z 反应溶液pH值,纳米ZnO的最佳制备条件为:Sm-Zr掺杂量为4%,煅烧温度为750℃,n(Sm):n(Zr)为2:1反应溶液pH值为5.5.在最佳条件下制备的纳米Sm-Zr/ZnO具有最优异的光催化性能,光照1 h对甲基橙的色度去除率及COD去除率分别达到94.82%和80.89%.
