高炉鼓风机组低压柜例行检验方法研究

摘要

The paper is based on national 3C certification system files. Routine inspection methods and inspection project of low voltage cabinet used in blast furnace blower group are researched in order to establish routine inspection and technical specifications for low voltage cabinet. The 3C system of low voltage cabinet can guarantee product performance and improve product quality and efficiency effectively.%针对高炉鼓风机组中的低压控制系统,根据低压柜的特点,通过学习国家3C体系的认证文件,研究符合企业低压柜生产的低压柜例行检验方法、检验项目,编制低压柜例行检验技术规范,建立完善企业低压柜生产过程中的3C体系,有效地保证了产品的性能和可靠性,提高了产品质量与生产效率,通过产品质量的提升加强了产品的竞争能力.
