基于PROFIBUS现场总线通信的皮带传输调速系统设计与实现

         

摘要

In the belt transmission system for speed change, the change of belt speed is controlled by the output change of frequency converter. Set the frequency converter are generally four kinds of meth-ods:panel setting, terminal setting, analog setting and communication settings. The first three methods are suitable for field frequency settings, but for remote frequency transfer and modify, communication set-ting is the best way. In this paper, the design and implementation of inverter parameters are frequency transmission and modification of the MM440 frequency converter by PROFIBUS bus, PLC program de-sign. The practice result is better, have some reference value for similar projects.%在需要变速的皮带传输系统中,皮带速度的改变是通过变频器输出频率的改变来控制的。变频器的频率设置一般有4种方法:面板设置、端子设置、模拟量设置和通信设置。前面3种方法适合于现场频率的设置,但对于远程频率传送和修改,通信设置就是最好的方法。该文设计实现了通过PROFIBUS总线对MM440变频器进行频率传送和修改的变频器参数设置, PLC程序设计,实践效果较好,在类似的工程项目中有一定推广价值。
