基于组态王和PLC的玻璃立式数控钻孔设备控制系统设计

         

摘要

针对玻璃数控钻孔过程中钻头定位精度低,孔的加工质量差,将交流伺服驱动、步进驱动、交流变频等技术应用于玻璃钻孔设备中,提出基于组态王和PLC的玻璃立式数控钻孔设备的控制系统。对玻璃立式数控钻孔设备的结构和工艺流程进行了介绍,研究了以上位工控机和2台PLC为核心的控制系统结构,给出了伺服驱动位置控制方法和步进驱动钻头进给控制方法,并完成上位机监控软件的开发;解决了孔的定位精度和钻孔的质量问题,提高了加工精度和设备可靠性。%Aiming at the problems of low positioning precision and poor drilling quality in NC glass drilling process, the AC servo driving, stepper driving and AC frequency conversion techniques were ap-plied in glass drilling equipments, a vertical glass drilling control system based on KingView software and PLC was proposed. The equipment’ s structure and its process flow were introduced. The control system which included upper IPC and two PLC devices has been researched and the development of upper moni-toring software has been completed. The problem of low positioning precision and poor drilling quality was solved, the process accuracy and reliability has been greatly improved.
