智能楼宇中水回用系统设计与应用

摘要

According to the building energy saving requirements increasing, this paper put forward to intelligent building water control system. The measurement of liquid level uses floating ball level meter. And then the data will be transmitted to the PLC. According to the procedures set of corresponding switch quantity, the pump group act to control process. Through the switch and PC client, PLC uses the Modbus TCP/IP protocol to communicate. Monitor PC interface is developed by Kingview 6. 55. It can realize the remote monitoring of equipment.%针对楼宇节能要求的日益提高,提出了智能楼宇中水回用控制系统。该系统液位测量选用浮球液位计,将数据传送给PLC,PLC按程序置位相对应的开关量,使泵组动作,达到控制工艺过程的作用。 PLC采用Modbus TCP/IP协议通过交换机和上位机用户端进行通信。上位机的监控界面采用组态王6.55进行开发,能实现对设备的远程监控。
